SS 316 Tanning Drums

The drum is made out of Polypropylene.

Capacity: 25 Kg wet Blue loading.

• This Machine provides Electrical control panels and an Inverter Drive System to Vary the Drum Speed.
• The above machine is mounted on an SS 316 G tubular frame structure with casting and computerized geared cut stars with heavy-duty bearings and housing.
• Bearing make: SKF or NTN.
• This PP Drum is driven through a bevel helical Geared motor - Vertical type (Make: SEW-EURODRIVE from Germany).
• The total electrical control panel box comes with electrical components like Relays, Contactors, and Timers, which are European Standard Brands. The Inverter Drive is also provided for drum speeds from 9 RPM to 14 RPM.
• The above electrical panel is provided with a total timer, Forward /Reverse Timer and Drum Up and Down inch switch.
• In this machine, on the filter side, a drain is provided along with the PP Chute.
