TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

This versatile machine has both outer and inner drums made of tested stainless steel sheets of 304/316 grade.
The variable speed is controlled by a imported inverter drive, with 6-40 rpm for washing and 70-83 rpm for pre-extraction.
Provide a single manual chemical box.
The machine has safety interlocks, such as motor overload and a door limit switch to stop the drum rotation when the sample port is opened.
The machine has a microprocessor based programmer to control different cycles of the washing steps like timing, temperature, dosing etc. It can store up to 25 different programs, which can have 50 steps in each.
The machine is supplied with efficient water flow meter to ensure exact quantity of water to be filled into the machine which is controlled by the PLC.
Compact European design geared motor, reduced footprint, increased load capacity, lesser power consumption due to single reduction belt drive and easy maintenance.
The frame is shot blasted and painted with a polyurethane coating, and the side enclosure is dually powder coated, which is maintenance and ensures long life.
A large opening door with a sampling door is provided.
