The RSF machines are designed for folding shirts in a production or manufacturing environment, offering automation or semi-automation to improve throughput and consistency.
They are versatile, fully indigenous machines made in India.
Two variants: automatic and manual (or semi automatic) models.
Key Technical / Structural Features
Pneumatic actuation / back plate movement: A stainless steel back plate is pneumatically moved via a cylinder to ensure that the center of the shirt collar aligns perfectly with the button line for proper symmetrical folding.
Adjustable pressures: All pneumatic or mechanical pressures in the system can be fine-tuned by the operator via controls on the machine.
Height-adjustable body and foot pedal control: The machine body is powder-coated and rugged, with adjustable height for operator ergonomics. A foot pedal enables hands-free operation, improving speed and reducing operator fatigue.
