Ramsons offers state-of-the-art wrinkle free systems for trouser and shirt lines to suit production capacity. Ramsons offers a complete package, consisting of the following:
- Specially designed and developed Washer Extractors with accurate and metered chemical spray attachments.
- Ramsons and/or Brisay Body Presses (Leggers and Toppers), seam busters, VEIT shirt finishers, cuff and collar press and specially designed vacuum ironing tables with suitable buck attachments.
- Dipping Machines to resinate the garments
- Logically programmed hot air circulating, electrically heated curing ovens to provide homogenous heating uniformly, throughout the volume of the oven with an in-built safety mechanism.
- All accessories such as wash trolleys, oven trolleys, line trolleys, oven hangers for shirts and trousers and conveyer system are supplied as a complete system.
