- This versatile machine works on the principle of blasting high speed silicon grit by high compressed air pressure created by a safety device, a protected compressor through moisture proof air receiver.
- The special hose is reinforced with graded rubber & the nozzle is ceramic\tungsten.
- The high pressure flow from the hose goes into the blasting chamber which in turn is connected to an exhaust chamber which consists of a cyclone for recyclable silicon grit on pollution free sand chambers with fibre baffles for sand blocking & collection.
- The entire system is connected by ducting & pressure hoses and production can be increased by increasing number of chambers, supplied with suitable compressor capacity.
