These dyes are made of a special aluminum zinc alloy and are heated with temperature controls to ensure a proper shape. Different moulds for different 3 D whiskers can be made and the pressures of these moulds can be controlled using pressure gauges. This machine is portable and can be kept on a table top and can be run by unskilled labour.
