- This conveyor system consists of a tuffin extruded aluminum framework on which a tensionless apparatus moves with the help of pneumatic cylinders which in turn are controlled by imported solenoid valves. These solenoid valves are in turn controlled by the apparel operator. In short, the main function is to automatically deliver the apparel piece to a target work station according to the planned work schedule.
- Different hangers, brackets, switches are used for different applications.
- It also has 3 dimensional work position, making it easier for the workers to reach out to the garment, leading to less fortigue.
- The system also eliminates repetitive motion injuries caused by bending or stretching.
